Where will my driver meet me and how will I recognize them?

Pickup locations vary slightly by arrival point:

  • Airports: Your driver will meet you inside the arrivals hall with a sign displaying your name, except at Luton, where pickups must take place at the designated outdoor pickup point.
  • Cruise ports: Due to port security rules, your driver will meet you at the official pickup point outside the terminal.

Important: We will send you your driver's WhatsApp number the day before your trip. Once you land or disembark, they will share their exact location so you can connect directly.

What if my flight or cruise ship is delayed? Will my driver wait?

Yes! We will wait for free at no extra cost. We monitor live flight information and cruise arrival schedules, automatically adjusting your pickup time if you are delayed.

We also include generous complimentary waiting time after arrival so you can collect your luggage without rushing:

  • Airports: Up to 60 minutes after landing.
  • Cruise ports: Up to 30 minutes after your scheduled pickup time.
  • Hotels: Up to 15 minutes after your scheduled pickup time.
Is the price fixed or can traffic affect my fare?

Unlike regular taxis or Uber and Bolt, our prices are 100% fixed per vehicle. Traffic, route changes and flight or cruise delays will not increase your fare. The price shown when you book is the price you pay.

Why choose a private transfer over a train, subway or bus?

A private transfer takes you straight to your door, with no connections or transfers. Public transportation means hauling heavy luggage through stations, stairs, and platforms. Even a fast train may leave you at a central station, where you will need another taxi to reach your hotel — adding cost and hassle.

We are traveling with kids. Do you offer booster seats or child seats?

UK law allows children to travel without child restraints in the rear of licensed vehicles driven by professional drivers, such as ours, subject to applicable rules.

For added peace of mind, we can provide one free booster seat per vehicle, subject to availability.

Please note: We do not provide infant and baby car seats, such as Maxi-Cosi carriers.

How do I reach my driver?

The day before your transfer, we will send you the WhatsApp number of your driver. You can message the driver directly when you land. Our team is also available 24/7 to assist you if needed.

Is there a luggage limit per vehicle?

You can bring as much luggage as physically fits in your booked vehicle at no extra charge. Our booking tool shows the exact luggage capacity of each vehicle. If you are traveling with large cruise suitcases, we recommend booking a van for extra space and comfort.

Can I cancel if my plans change?

Yes! Cancel free up to 24 hours before your transfer. Simply cancel with one click on "my bookings" and we will refund your full payment without hassle.
