The price is for the whole vehicle, not per person. There is no meter. Traffic does not change the price. We have vehicles for up to 8 passengers.
At Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted, your driver waits inside the terminal, in arrivals, with a sign that has your name. At Luton and at cruise ports, the rules require pickup at the official point outside. The day before, we send you the driver WhatsApp number.
We change the pickup time at no extra cost. At airports, we track your flight and wait up to 60 minutes after you land. At cruise ports, we track the ship and wait up to 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Delays of up to 3 hours have no extra charge.

If it is not on the list, we will set it up for you. The pickup or the drop-off has to be London, or one of the London airports.
