I do not give 5 stars because something did not go as I would have liked. I requested in the reservation to be picked up at 3:00 AM, and when I contacted the driver, who also did not understand much Spanish, he kept moving the time forward until he arrived at the accommodation at 12:30 AM, and we spent the whole night at the airport for no reason. To leave at that time, I would not have booked a private service; I would have used the train, which is much cheaper. The driver drove smoothly and well. After all, we had plenty of time, so there was no need to rush! Haha

The pickup at City Airport was delayed. It was scheduled for 15:45 and happened at 16:00 which meant we made it way too tight for our next flight. The driver tried to make up time on the way but the traffic made it hard to catch up.

On this trip the driver was super punctual and told us that since it was raining we had to leave early because of the traffic. The transfer was fine and the car was spotless. The only thing I disliked was that when we arrived at the airport he did not drop us off at the terminal departures door. It was raining and the driver decided to park in a distant parking lot to wait for his next job leaving us on a walkway with four 10 kg suitcases, one 20 kg suitcase, four backpacks and more bags we were carrying. We had to walk a while to the departures terminal getting wet. It is an expensive enough service that they should at least bother to drop you off at the terminal door and then if the driver has another job he can spend his time looking for a comfortable parking spot. The return trip was quite disappointing.

Hello. It was the second time we booked with your company since the first experience was very good. The transport and driver were fine. If I had to complain about the transfer it would be that the driver picked us up at the agreed point and we had to walk with four 10 kg suitcases, one 20 kg suitcase and four backpacks to the parking lot where he had parked the car. When I hire a private pickup service which I do not consider cheap at all I expect at least the driver to wait for me with the car at the terminal exit and not have to carry everything to the parking lot.
