These specific terms and conditions for affiliates act as an extension and take precedence over our general terms and conditions.
By registering as an iberotransfers affiliate, you confirm that you have read and accepted all the clauses and terms and conditions detailed here.
Failure to comply with any of these clauses will result in the termination or suspension of your affiliate status and the loss of any pending commissions from the moment of the breach.
To create an affiliate account, you must provide the URL of your website, blog, or channel for our review, along with a valid email address so we can get in touch with you.
You must also create a password to access your affiliate dashboard, where you will be able to manage your account.
Additionally, we will ask for your tax details. To join our program, you must be a registered freelancer or a company capable of issuing official invoices.
Once we review and validate all your information, we will confirm your acceptance as an affiliate via email.
Once you are accepted into the affiliate program, we will send you a personal affiliate link that you can place on your website, blog, or channel to recommend our services.
This link will accurately track all the bookings made by your audience, allowing us to pay you a commission for them.
The affiliate tracking cookie lasts for 30 days.
This means that if a user clicks on your affiliate link but does not book an airport transfer right away, you will still earn the commission as long as they complete their booking within 30 days of clicking the link.
Commissions are earned for completed bookings, not just for placed bookings.
This means that your commission is not assigned until 24 hours have passed after the completion of the airport transfer.
The reason for this is that the customer might cancel their booking, or the service might not take place for other reasons, requiring us to issue a refund.
The commission amount you earn is a fixed 10% rate per booking.
For example, if a customer makes a booking for £130, you earn £13.
At the beginning of each month, you must issue us an invoice for the commissions earned during the previous month.
Commission payments will be processed exclusively via bank transfer.
The commission amount includes VAT.
If your bank account is located in the UK, we will transfer the funds in British Pounds.
If your bank account is in Spain, we will transfer the amount in Euros. We will apply the official exchange rate from the last day of each month.
There is no minimum or maximum amount required to withdraw your commissions, but payouts are only processed once per month.
iberotransfers is a registered trademark.
It is strictly prohibited to use the iberotransfers trademark, or any variations of it, in domain names or Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
The duration of this contract is indefinite.
Either party may terminate the contract at any time, without providing a reason, by sending an email notice at least 15 days before the intended termination date.
However, the contract may be terminated immediately if you fail to comply with any of its clauses.
After the contract termination date, you will not be able to claim any commissions earned from that date forward.
