No doy 5 estrellas porque hay algo q no salió como me gustaría, puse en la reserva q me recogieran a las 3.00 am y cuando contacte con el conductor, quien a demás no entendía casi nada d español, me fue adelantando la hora a tal punto q se encajó en el alojamiento a la 12.30 de la noche, y pasamos toda la noche en el aeropuerto sin tener porque. Para salir a esa hora no contrató un servio privado, hubiese utilizado el tren q es mucho más barato.
El conductor Condujo tranquilo y bien, en fin íbamos con tiempo, para q correr!! Jeje

Our driver Hicham was fantastic! He arrived early and was able to drive us to the airport in a timely manner. I really appreciated his driving. He signaled, moved quickly, but not aggressively, paid attention to the road and accelerated and decelerated smoothly. We couldnt have had anything better.

Por causa ajena a la empresa el traslado duró 40 minutos más de lo calculado. El conductor se mostró colaborador en todo momento para que nuestro tránsito en el aeropuerto no se demorará más, siendo de una inestimable ayuda.

El conductor muy amable pero no hablaba español como indican en la publicidad. La empresa desconodida y me llegaban casi a la vez mensajes de dos personas distintas que no sabía identificar. el traslado llevó como 2 horas cuando lo normal habria sido 1 hora aprox. El trayecto creo inadecuado .

I sent this email to on Sunday after arriving in London.

We were extremely disappointed with our car service when we arrived at Gatwick this morning.

Your materials state that “The driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name in the arrivals hall…” Our flight was on time. We cleared customs and collected our baggage in a reasonable period of time. There was no one waiting for us in the arrivals hall holding a sign with our name. Instead, we had the following exchange on WhatsApp.

We followed signage to the Uber pick up point and there was no sign of our driver. There was a frantic phone conversation, where the driver kept telling us to meet him at the orange car park. We had no idea what he was talking about as we had no idea where to find the “orange car park”. Eventually our driver realized that he had been told to meet us at the south terminal, when in fact we were at the north terminal. Our booking confirmation clearly indicates that our “Arrival Airport” is Gatwick (Terminal N) (attached). He eventually found us and delivered us to our hotel.

I would note that is car barely had room for our two checked bags and two cabin bags.

This has been a very disappointing experience. We paid 110 pounds for this service. We expected our driver to meet us. We did not expect to have to try to find him.

We have booked three more pickups with you.

Booking AT-8F32C from our hotel in London to Gatwick on November 3.

We certainly hope that there will NOT be a repeat of what we experienced this morning.

La recogida en city airport de retraso estaba previsto a las 15h45 y fue a las
16:horas lo que hizo que llegásemos demasiado justos para el siguiente vuelo .El conductor intentó recuperar tiempo en el recorrido pero el tráfico hizo difícil recuperar más tiempo

Recomendamos totalmente los traslados con Iberotransfer, muy buenos profesionales. Tanto al llegar al aeropuerto como en la vuelta nos ha tocado el mismo chófer, no recuerdo el nombre, pero ha sido muy puntual y agradable y hablaba español perfectamente.
Aproximadamente dos días antes del traslado recibes correo con los datos del conductor y el día antes es el conductor el que te escribe para confirmar todo.
Si vuelvo a Londres contrato el servicio con ellos seguro.
